Surface preparation施工工艺

Surface  preparation
Base surface must meet relatable applicable Guidelines, as UST.C.&T.B.A Guidelines. Prior to application of laxway Products, new asphalt base surfaces must be cured for 14 days and new cement concrete base surfaces must be cured for 30 days.
The cement concrete base surfaces must be etched with phosphoric or muriatic acid.
The surface must be smooth, free of dirt, loose or flaking paint, materials or chemical residues, vegetation of any sort.
Notice application
1.     Laxway surface system shouldn’t be conducted during rainfall, or when rainfall is imminent. The air temperature must be at least 50c and rising. Do not apply when surface temperature is above 600c。
2.     Drying times are retarded by high humidity, cool temperatures or lack of air movement.
3.     Laxway surface system coating must be kept from freezing during storage or transit.
4.     Laxway surface system coating isn’t over diluted by water and sand.
 
 
Acrylic patch binder
 
     Acrylic patch binder is a high strength acrylic latex which be mixed with Portland cement and silica sand. It is designed to be placed into the crack and fill the depressions.
Physical properties
Color:              Milk white
Weight per gallon     3.8kg
Curing condition      200c   30%~90% relative humidity.
Estimated cure time   24hours.
Application
1.   The court surface shall be flooded with water and allowed to drain. Any depressions capable of submerging a piece after one hour should be marked with chalk. These areas must then be allowed to dry, once dried, a patch must be applied to the marked areas. The following mix will be applied.
Portland cement             1gallon
Silica sand(40~70Mesh)        6kg
Acrylic patch binder          1gallon.
The following mix will be applied to repair crack
    Portland cement             1 gallons
Acrylic patch binder          1 gallons
Clean crack so that it is free of all vegetation and debris, remove all lost pavement from crack. using a broad knife to fill crack ,after 12 hours, next coat be applied.
 
 
Acrylic primer
 
Acrylic primer is a high strength, one-component polymer, designed to enhance the adhesion of acrylic products on cement concrete and avoid salt out during court surface used.

Coverage Rate       45m2/gal
Curing condition     200c
50% relative humidity
Estimated cure time:  2hours
 
Application
Only gentle stirring is necessary, do not dilute. Apply primer with a roller or brush. Do not allow Acrylic primer to pool or puddle in low spots.
 
 
Acrylic Resurfacer
 
Acrylic Resurfacer is 100% acrylic concentrate to be blended with sand and water at the jobsite. It is used for Portland cement concrete prior to the application of acrylic color surfacing systems. The mixture added sand and water is squeegeed over the surface to fill voids and hide the profile of aggregates. The use of Acrylic Resurface make the surface smoother and enhance the adhesion of color materials.

The following mix will be applied to the surface.
Acrylic Resurface         1 gallon
Silica sand (40~70Mesh)   5.7-7.6kg
Clean water             0.5-0.8 gallons
 
Application
1. After the addition of sand and water to the Acrylic Resurface concentrate, the mechanical drill mixer stir the mixture until homogeneous.
2. Using a flexible rubber squeegee, apply Acrylic Resurfacer mix parallel to one of the sides of the surface area.
 
 
Resurfacer for asphalt base
 
the Resurfacer is a concentrated stretchy latex binder designed mixing with Sand and water at the jobsite. It is used for hot-mix asphalt base prior to the application of acrylic color surfacing systems.The Resurfacer is intended for avoiding the phenomenon of what high temperature make the asphalt of the base to melt down and it infiltrate through the surface color systems.

Application
1.     After the addition of sand and water to the Resurfacer concentrate, the mechanical drill mixer stir the mixture until homogeneous.
2.     Using a flexible rubber squeegee, apply the Resurface mixture parallel to one of the sides of the surface area.
 
 
LW-color coating
 
LW-color coating is a full bodied, high performance acrylic latex coating. The coat is added with the highest quality color pigments and acrylic latex to ensure permanent non-fading court surfaces .the product be used for the texture courses and the finish course physical properties

Classic colors:          Green 、red、 Blue、 Yellow 、Purple 、Black、 White and colors mixed above colors.

The following mix will be applied to the surface.
1.     texture course
LW-color coating           1 gal
Clean water               0.5gal~0.8gal
Silica sand (70~100Mesh)    4.5kg~6kg
2.     finish course
LW-color coating              1 gal
Clean water                  0.5~0.7gal
 
Application
1. After the addition of sand and water to LW-color coating concentrate, the mechanical drill mixer stir the mixture until homogeneous.
2. Using a flexible rubber squeegee, apply the Resurface mixture parallel to one of the sides of the surface area
 
 
LW-Cushion coating
 
LW-Cushion coating is a heavy bodied, high performance stretchy latex coating. It is added with specially rubber granules, and consists of two cushion course products : LW-Cushion Ⅰ coating is the coating with highly resilient large rubber granules, LW-Cushion Ⅱ coating is with fine rubber granules. LW-Cushion coating system can provide a comfortable, tireless playing surface, reducing leg and foot fatigue.
