Acrylic Resurfacer is 100% acrylic concentrate to be blended with sand and water at the jobsite. It is used for Portland cement concrete prior to the application of acrylic color surfacing systems. The mixture added sand and water is squeegeed over the surface to fill voids and hide the profile of aggregates.
